Setting up and using your Get me a Tradesmen advertisement is simple.

- Once you have selected you package fill out all your company details, and proceed through to payment.
- Your will then be able to log onto your user area through the tab on home page.
- Just type in your user name and password you selected during sign up.
Making the most out of your listing
The best way to make your business stand out is to use all services available.
- First fill in the 8 key points about your business, make then as specific as possible and try not to use generic terms. For example list any qualifications you have, how long you business has been established as well as the services you offer.
- The next step is to fill out your portfolio information, including company information and past projects. The information in this section is used by the search engines to promote your portfolio on the searches. It therefore needs to be original, company specific and include key words you would like to appear under.
- For example: Bobs builders has been established since 1984, it is run by two experienced builders, with over 50 years experience in the industry. We primarily operate in the Timperley, Hale, Sale, Altrincham and Stretford areas of South Manchester. We specalise in loft conversions and extensions but also undertake most building projects.
- Do not just repeat words such a builder over and over again as this will not work and will not move you up the search engine. Please also refrain from just copying text from a website as this will not help with your portfolio optimisation. All text must be original.
- After you have filled out your portfolio section, please upload your logo and pictures of any previous work you have undertaken. If you do not have a logo and picture of a piece of work you have completed will be just as eye catching.
