Over the last few months we have introduced our “Rated Tradesmen” element of the website. Rated Tradesmen are becoming more desirable due to the fact potential customers can view comments about the standard of work they have completed. You can use our

which works in the same way as hotel or product review systems. Customers can share their experiences good or bad and provide a over all rating out of five stars. With 1 star implying that the experience the customer had was poor and 5 stars implying an excellent standard of service.

Our Rated Tradesmen

The use of an online rated tradesmen system means that users do not have to know each other to share experiences, which is required with the traditional “word of mouth” rated system. We still allow tradesmen to upload the traditional customer references, as many tradesmen have built up paper copies of these over the years. Although we do ask for contact details for all references so that if necessary they can be checked. The references are differentiated on the review page as they do not have star ratings and are labeled reference rather than review.
